Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing ?gluE. I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for store credit or an exchange. See below for more information on the store policy !

RETURN

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with original labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email me at mouksworkemail@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the items securely in its packaging and mail your return to the following address :

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, your return or exchange will be processed. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged :

• If customers purchase the wrong products, those cannot be returned
